Our Directors

Paul Adams

Chairman

Paul joined the Solstice Energy Holdings Board as Independent Chair and Non-Executive Director in 2020. Paul has 40 years’ experience in the energy sector. He has served as a Director and Chair of ActewAGL (Gas & Electricity, Network & Retail for the ACT), as a Director of Singapore Power and Gas in Singapore and as Chair of the Energy Networks Association Australia. He held the role of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Jemena (an $11B Gas and Electricity business) from 2008 to 2018. Before that he was an executive for AusNet and TXU (now Energy Australia). Paul was also a member of the Business Council of Australia and awarded life membership to Energy Networks Australia.

Stephanie Banning

Director

Stephanie joined the Solstice Energy Holdings Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2020. Stephanie is a recognised leader in the Australian energy market in senior executive roles. Her former roles include Managing Director of Epic Energy and Managing Director of ASX-listed engineering firm LogiCamms. She has led energy project developments both as an owner/operator and as a service provider through involvement with large scale greenfield and brownfield developments.

Andrew Pickering

Director

Andrew has a career of over 35 years as a lawyer and project developer in the energy industry in Australia & Asia. He joined Infrastructure Capital Group in 2006 – now Foresight Australia – and has been responsible for many of EIT’s energy project and is a senior spokesman in the Australian energy industry. Andrew has acted on many of Australia’s early energy privatisations and has an extensive knowledge of the gas and electricity industries throughout Australia. Andrew is a director of the Foresight Australia Board.

Edward Lloyd

Director

Ed is the Head of Australia at Foresight Australia and has worked in infrastructure investing for over 20 years. Ed has had an extensive career in Australia and internationally involving experience investing across multiple sectors, including regulated utilities, airports, ports, rail, energy generation, energy pipelines and PPP’s. Ed sits on Foresight Australia’s Investment Committee and led Foresight’s investment into Solstice Energy in 2019.
